RYMAN AUDITORIUM
RYMAN AUDITORIUM (FORMERLY GRAND OLE OPRY HOUSE AND UNION GOSPEL TABERNACLE) IS A 2,362-SEAT LIVE-PERFORMANCE VENUE LOCATED AT 116 5TH AVENUE NORTH, IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE. IT IS BEST KNOWN AS THE HOME OF THE GRAND OLE OPRY FROM 1943 TO 1974 AND IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY RYMAN HOSPITALITY PROPERTIES, INC.

When you walk through the doors of the historic Ryman Auditorium, one thing becomes clear right away: this isn’t just another nightly music venue, and it’s so much more than a daytime tourist stop. This place is hallowed ground. This is the exact spot where bluegrass was born—where Johnny Cash met June Carter, where souls were saved and a slice of history was nearly lost. It was right here that country music found an audience beyond its own back porch, and countless careers took off as deals were signed on napkins and paper scraps backstage. This is a building where anything is possible: a soul can find redemption, a crumbling building can find salvation, and an unknown kid with a guitar can find his or her name in lights.

tHE BLUEBIRD CAFE

The Bluebird Cafe is one of the world’s preeminent listening rooms and the venue has gained worldwide recognition as a songwriter’s performance space where the “heroes behind the hits” perform their own songs; songs that have been recorded by chart-topping artists in all genres of music.
Located in a small strip mall outside of downtown Nashville, the 90 seat venue is unassuming in appearance but some of the most significant songwriters and artists have performed on this stage. Our reputation as a listening room is based on the acoustic music that is our signature style and supported by The Bluebird’s “Shhh policy” that is our request that audience members keep their talking low and to a minimum. Our patrons repeatedly tell us that they are captivated by hearing songs performed by the creators themselves and the stories behind how the songs came to be.

Mandrell no longer lives there, but the mansion is furnished and decorated with her family’s personal items, along with plenty of other noteworthy memorabilia from Mandrell’s many famous friends. The large property also contains an entertainment complex with a restaurant, boutique hotel and an amphitheater where concerts are regularly held.
Pancake Pantry
EXPLORE OUR HISTORY
Founded by Robert Baldwin in 1961, the Pancake Pantry has been a Nashville tradition for generations of families. Baldwin’s son, David, began learning the ropes as a ten-year-old, helping the rest of my family build the business as well. Eventually taking over the business in 1988, David would make frequent trips to the hills of East Tennessee to retrieve the specialty group flours used in our pancakes and waffles. Although David sold the Pancake Pantry in 2017, batter and syrups are still made fresh each day from those secret Baldwin family recipes.
We strive to keep our traditional past alive, while cultivating innovative ideas to make the Pantry the best. We feel the same way about our customers by cherishing our long-time regulars and always looking forward to meeting our newest visitors.
Here at the Pantry, we guarantee that you will always find the best food, friendliest service, and memorable times. So, please relax and enjoy our hospitality. You are always welcome at our home.
OUR NEW OWNER
The next chapter of one of Nashville’s best and most iconic eateries has begun. Second-generation owner David Baldwin has officially handed the reins to Crosby Keltner. The Pancake Pantry has been loved by generations of Nashvillians for great food and. Under Keltner’s new ownership that tradition will continue to happen for the next generation of Nashville regulars and our tourist friends. Baldwin chose Keltner because of their shared management styles and appreciation of what the Pancake Pantry has become after more than 55 years of serving up the best pancakes you can find this side of grandma’s kitchen. So join us for the uncommonly good food, great service, and friendly smiles you’ve always known.
Martins BBQ
“LOOK, I TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN MY ROOTS – WHICH IS MY FOOD AND WHERE I LEARNED TO COOK IT. IT WAS TAUGHT TO ME TO NEVER CUT ANY CORNERS ON ANYTHING AND THAT’S A BIG PART OF WHO WE ARE HERE AT MARTIN’S. JUST LIKE THE OLD BBQ JOINTS LIKE THE ONES I LEARNED TO COOK, WE COOK EVERYTHING ON OUR MENU FRESH FOR THAT VERY DAY WITH THE GOAL OF RUNNING OUT EVERYDAY. THAT’S RIGHT, I WANT TO RUN OUT OF FOOD EVERYDAY BECAUSE IT MEANS YOU’LL NEVER COME INTO MARTIN’S AND NOT GET SOMETHING THAT WAS MADE FRESH FOR YOU. WE DON’T HAVE A FREEZER. WE DON’T HAVE A MICROWAVE. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE DON’T PRE-COOK ANYTHING AND HEAT IT BACK UP. FRESH….EVERY SINGLE DAY….NO APOLOGIES.”

A FRESH HOG GOES ON THE PIT EACH DAY FOR THE NEXT DAY, RESULTING IN DELICIOUS BAR-B-QUE. WE BELIEVE IN THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD TECHNIQUE AND DOING THINGS “THE RIGHT WAY” AND THIS APPLIES TO ALL OF OUR MEATS – RIBS, CHICKEN AND WHOLE SHOULDERS – AND SCRATCH-MADE SIDES.

General Manager
Bryan Lytle started as General Manager in San Diego in 2008, and moved briefly to The Palm Los Angeles before making the leap to Nashville in 2011. What few guests know about Bryan is that he has a degree in Environmental Engineering. His life took an unexpected turn when he got his first job as a bartender and was introduced to the restaurant industry – a perfect fit that led Bryan to where he is today. Dozens of celebrities dine at The Palm Nashville and are caricatured on the walls, including Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, KISS, The Oak Ridge Boys, Darius Rucker, Dolly Parton, and Johnny Cash. “We cater to the music industry, and are proud to support their charities,” says Bryan, who oversees longstanding partnerships with the Kevin Carter Foundation’s Waiting for Wishes Celebrity Waiter’s Dinner and Charlie Daniels’ Journey Home Project.
